• Student of the Month Criteria

  One student from each class, Kindergarten through 8th Grade,
  ie: 2 students per grade, will be recognized at the end of each month for EXEMPLIFYING EXCELLENCE
   in and out of the classroom.
  This honor will be rewarded based on the following criteria:

  
  

  • ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE--Demonstrates strong academic performance and completes assignments on time.
    
    
  • BEHAVIOR AND CONDUCT--Shows respect for teachers and peers, and consistently displays positive behavior.
    
    
  • PARTICIPATION--Actively engages in class discussions, group work, and school events.
    
    
  • SERVICE AND LEADERSHIP--Contributes tot he school community through acts of service or leadership roles.
    
    
  • VALUES AND CHARACTER--Embodies Catholic values such as kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity.
    
    
  • EFFORT AND IMPROVEMENT--Makes meaningful progress in areas where growth was needed, showing perseverance and dedication.
    
    

  Teachers will be looking for the standout student who embodies the above criteria throughout each month.

  Students will be announced on the last Thursday of the month.
   

  Recipients of the Student of the Month award will be permitted to dress down on all Fridays of the following month.  

  For example, the September students will dress down on all
  Fridays in October.
